This policy explains what TattooDesigner collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as the product needs and we do not sell personal data or show ads.
What we collect
- A device identifier in a cookie, so your designs and daily free allowance work without an account.
- Your email address, if you sign in, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- What you generate: your descriptions, the options you chose and the images returned. A photo you upload to image-to-tattoo is passed to the image model for that request and not stored by us.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse of the free allowance.
- Purchase records (which pack, when). Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
The free tools — font generator, stencil maker, try-on, pain chart, cost and Roman numeral calculators — run in your browser. Images you open in the stencil maker or try-on are not uploaded.
Who processes it
- Google (Gemini API) generates designs from your description and, for image-to-tattoo, your photo.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our email provider delivers sign-in links.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and may run a human check before anonymous generation.
How long we keep it
Designs stay in your history until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes; sessions after 60 days.
Your choices
You can use the generator without an account, and every free tool without any data leaving your device. An address for data requests is not published yet. It will appear on the contact page as soon as it is set up.
