Your designs
You may use the designs you generate for any lawful purpose, including getting them tattooed and using them commercially. To the extent we hold any rights in them, we assign those rights to you. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and a similar image may be generated for someone else, so we can't promise exclusivity.
What you can't do
- Generate sexual content involving minors, hate symbols, or images meant to harass a real person.
- Upload photos of people without their permission, or images you have no right to use.
- Abuse the free allowance with automated requests or by evading limits.
Not medical or professional advice
Guides about pain, healing and aftercare are general information drawn from the sources cited on each page. Follow your tattoo artist's instructions and see a doctor about any sign of infection or an allergic reaction. Prices from the cost calculator are estimates; your artist's quote is what you will pay.
Credits and refunds
Credits are one-off purchases that never expire. Failed generations are not charged. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will refund unused credits.
The service
We work to keep TattooDesigner available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
